Panatta Limited Warranty and Limitation of Liability
Limited 5-Year Warranty
Urethane Dumbbells, Fixed Barbells, and Olympic Grip Plates
Panatta warrants that products known as Panatta Solid Head Urethane Dumbbells/Fixed Barbells (Series I & II) and Panatta Urethane Olympic Grip Plates shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of delivery to the original customer.
Note: The 5-year warranty may end earlier than 5 years if the product becomes unusable for reasons not related to workmanship or material defects.
Rubber Bumper Plates
Panatta warrants that all Rubber Bumper Plates, not specifically mentioned above, shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery to the original customer.
- This warranty is prorated based on time in service.
- It may end prior to one year if the product becomes unusable due to reasons other than defects in material or workmanship.
Usage Requirement: All plates must be used only on approved wood or rubber platforms or rubber flooring with a minimum thickness of 12mm.
Shipping: The original customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to warranty replacements.
